| Teaching method | Lectures, homework projects, programming assignments, experiments with networks and networking equipment hands-on labs. |
| Assignments | Problems from the textbook and programming projects. Assignments are due at the beginning of a class. There will be 20% penalty for late submission (up to a week, parts of a week count as a full week). |
| Exams | In-class, open-book, one-hour weekly exams (Tuesday, May 29, and Mondays, June 4, and 11). Take-home final assigned June 13, due Monday, June 18 at 4:30 pm. |
| Grading | 40% assignments, 30% weekly exams, 30% final exam.
