Software Systems Engineering Certificate
Graduate Certificate Program in Software Systems Engineering
Are you an engineer who wants to increase your responsibilities toward technical leadership of software systems projects?
Or, do you wish to retool your present management and leadership skills into software systems?
Perhaps you should think about the GRADUATE CERTIFICATE PROGRAM IN SOFTWARE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING offered by the Department of Computer Science at the University of New Hampshire.
The Software Systems Engineering Graduate Certificate prepares engineers for successful positions as senior technical leaders who can make big picture decisions about architecture, performance, availablility, security and safety.
Students are required to complete four courses to earn the Certificate. Once course is required plus three electives.
_____
Engineers who are successful at this “big picture” work are rare, which is why we are launching a Graduate Certificate Program for Software Systems Engineering.
Companies that take advantage of this program will be well-equipped to utilize the innate talents of promising software engineers and transition them into the higher value position of software systems engineer. These invaluable senior technical leaders hold titles such as, software system engineer, software architect, chief engineer, technical director, and lead system engineer.
This is what former students are saying about this program...
“The program helped me get a high level perspective on how each of the software engineering disciplines are joined together by the systems engineer. The clear and concise case studies were great ways to show how the systems engineer is the engine of a successful software project. The courses enable you to focus on the large scale process without getting derailed with the tooling that supports that process."

“The skills I obtained through the software Systems Engineering program at UNH have been a vital asset to my startup companies. These skills stregthend my ability ot create a quote, design a project and implement LEAN software programs for my clients.”
