RCI Student Employment

 

UNH Research Computing and Instrumentation is an exciting place to gain valuable real world experience while working on campus. At RCI, you will work hands on with the latest hardware, supporting cutting edge research performed in Morse Hall. Students are encouraged to assist staff in area such as system administration, software programming and web development.

Applications are accepted any time. Our peak hiring period occurs between March and May. All positions are for year-round employment, including summers and semester breaks.

Requirements
Highly motivated first or second year undergraduate students, with career interests in computer science or information technology. No experience is necessary or required; applicants must have a desire to learn and work both independently and as a member of a team. Due to the nature of our work, we can only hire first or second year students and prefer candidates that will also be available to work during summer break.

Location
We are located on campus in Morse Hall (adjacent to Kingsbury Hall), room 338.

Starting Pay Rate
$9.00/hour
