Profit Tools Software Inc has immediate paid openings for spring and summer interns.

Ideal candidates will be qualified for both Support & Technical Services responsibilities, but qualified candidates in only one of these two areas are also invited to apply.

Responsibilities may include:

• Remote installation & configuration of Profit Tools software, and other integrated 3rd party products
• Provisioning of cloud based servers and assisting with Citrix XenApp connectivity
• Triage of network and product support issues
• Remote troubleshooting and internal escalation of customer issues
• Remote assistance with backup & restore operations
• Participation in QA of new product releases
• Development of user documentation, help documentation, training course materials, and computer-based training

Desired Skill Sets:

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and identify key facts.
• Good judgment and critical reasoning skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Bachelors in information technology preferred

*Starting hourly wage depending on qualifications.  The opportunity to transition to a full time permanent position may be available.
