Host Integration Tools Internship Requirements
We are looking for candidates meeting requirements listed in Part-1, 2 & 3 below.
Part 1 – Must have any two of following categories
- Any one of following programming language
- C++
- C# .NET
- Any one of following scripting language
- Java Script
- Perl
- Python
- Test Automation & Execution
- Ability to automate manual test cases using Perl, Python or other scripting language.
- Ability to create Test Plan and/or Test Configuration Matrix
- Ability to write Test Cases
- Ability to execute Test Cases
- Performance Evaluation
- Ability to run performance test using std. tools like IOMeter, FIO etc.
- Environment Setup
- Ability to install & setup complex application environments like, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Oracle, SQL Server, MS Clusters, Linux Clusters
Part 2 – Must have any two of following items
- Understanding Object Oriented Programming Model
- Some design and debugging skills
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (word, excel, power point, etc.)
- General OS knowledge (Windows, Linux or VMware)
- Knowledge of Servers and or Clusters
Part 3 – Background Skills
- Candidate pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Desire to learn new things
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Some Presentation Skills (interns will be required to present their project at the end of the internship)
- Good Teamwork Skills – the ability to work in a team environment
