The nature of this course makes it nearly impossible to lay out a firm schedule at the beginning of the semester. I can, however, give you a general sense of how the semester will proceed.
Many of our class meetings will be occupied by student presentations. For much of the middle of the semester, class meetings will involve presentations associated with individual projects. And at the end of the semester, class meetings will involve presentations associated with group projects.
Some of our class meetings will be occupied by more traditional lectures given by me. These will fall predominantly towards the beginning of the semester but may be intermingled throughout the semester as I see fit.
The remaining class meetings will be occupied with various other activities, which may include, but are not necessarily limited to, the exam and team activities. Please note, however, that your team will require significant interaction time outside of class meetings, so plan accordingly.
