You are welcome to stop by my office any time you wish. The only time you can be sure to find me there, however, is during the posted office hours mentioned above. While you are also welcome to stop by at other times, I’d encourage you to either make an appointment or call to make sure I'm in the office before you make the trip.
When making an appointment by e-mail, send me a message indicating what times suit your schedule and what you would like to discuss. I’ll get back to you with whatever time best suits my schedule.
To contact me with questions or matters that do not warrant seeing me in person, I encourage you to use e-mail rather than the phone. If I am in my office, I do answer my phone; and if I am not there, I do have voice mail. However, I check my e-mail much more frequently than I check my voice mail. If I am in my office, I typically monitor my e-mail just as I would the phone. In addition, I commonly check my e-mail from outside the office, including nights, weekends, and breaks. Therefore, it is quite often the case that you will get a quicker response from me by e-mail than you would if you were to leave me a voice mail message.
