Dr. Kuo received his B.S. (1944) from National Chung Cheng University, China, M.S. (1948) from Ohio State University, M.E. (1954) from Harvard University, and Doctorate (1958) in Engineering from Yale University. He joined the UNH Faculty in 1964. His teaching and research interests are in computer networks and database systems.
